Petrichor Winery

Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, Mexico

Designed to take advantage of the desert climate, this project carves away at the steep, rocky mountain, taking advantage of its thermal mass. On the other side, a weathering steel facade peels away and cantilevers, shading and revealing different microclimates for the production and enjoyment of wine.
